I am regularly required to give evidence in property related matters, including Land, and Planning Courts, Federal Court and Supreme Court matters.

A major part of my work over the past 30 years has been undertaking assessments of compensation for acquiring authorities or land owners, including assessments for :

• Road corridors
• Power line corridors
• Rail lines
• Mining tenements
• Town planning

For some 26 years I was the senior private contracted valuer for the Department of Main Roads, in the North Queensland region undertaking the bulk of that Departments resumption valuations for acquisition purposes.
