Caleo & Co have over 25 years of experience in the valuation of Hotels, Motels and Caravan Parks throughout Northern and Central QLD.

At HTW I was the appointed Hotel specialist for North QLD and at Taylor Byrne I had a similar role.

I regularly undertook these valuations for National Australia Bank , Westpac and  ANZ as well as most smaller banks such as BOQ, Suncorp , Bendigo and Adelaide Bank.

I also undertake expert determination of rentals for these properties by appointment of the API and/or QLD Law Society.
